I could easily access the ski rental and ski pass directly from the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The breakfast provided was delicious and provided a great start to my active day. I also loved the thermal outdoor swimming pool, which was the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing.

Uncomfortable beds, loud construction in the morning, and unfriendly staff. The hot water in the shower took forever to warm up and wasn't very consistent.

The ski resort location is simply breathtaking with beautiful access roads. the dinner provided was tasty and good. the breakfast was a delight as well, with a fresh and well-prepared buffet. the room size was small and had poor acoustic isolation. the bathroom quality was terrible and old. the staff at the front desk was unwelcoming towards our extra room request and lacked a positive attitude, even though we were ready to pay an extra fee.

There were additional hidden costs for airport shuttle, ski equipment, ski pass and drinks not included in the package.
